Acquiring another Audio/Visual integrator lines up with my growth strategy. I've completely transformed my first integration company and growing through acquisition fills a need for a larger geographic footprint, more diverse product lines and vendor relationships, bringing on loyal accounts, and building my team by adding your team (right now, we can't seem to hire fast enough and have more work than ever).
The AV company I'm looking for would have at least a handful of sizable loyal accounts, great employees, and be located in the south east. Target locations would be anywhere throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, or Virginia.
